Nancy Reagan Policy Against Drugs Outdated

I get some the weirdest email from people about Puerto Viejo.  It seems many are really freaked out because they have heard that there are people smoking pot out in the open in Puerto Viejo and police do not do anything about it.

Of course almost all of these people struggling to deal with this are American.  I thought Nancy Reagan had solved the whole problem by telling people to "just say no!" It must be not not working anymore.

Well, it seems in response, Canada is using the Karl Rove approach by using images that they hope will revolt adolesent youths into not using drugs (specifically marijuana).

They say marijuana is ''the gateway drug"  If it is the gateway drug as this video portrays it, lets just hope the whole world gets hooked.

Now, I know there is this book out there called the bible that says differently, but remember it is just a book with no scientific evidence.  It is just hear-say.  This hotel is the actual proof.
